Privacy Policy

A 50% non-refundable deposit is needed to reserve a spot for you.

And the complete payment is colected atleast a week before.

Deposit not made within 48hours of inquiry results in an automatic cancelation of the order.

No cancelations a week before the pick/delivery date. Invoice is sent out once al details have been discussed, so we wil not be able to make any changes to the order once the payment
has been done.

We do not cater for alergies since our products contains major food alergens, such as eggs, nuts, soy, peanuts, milk, wheat. Also they are made in a kitchen where al alergens are present.

Our food is made in a home kitchen and is not inspected by the

Department of State Health Services or a local health department.”

We do not make a 100% replica of somebody elses design and not
even our own since each cake is a unique one. Although we wil get as close as possible with my creative touch to it.

We have a strict "NO CAKE SMASHING POLICY" (unless specified), as our cakes consist food safety dowels to support the cakes.

Please remove al in-edible items from the cake before serving.

Pick up is from Townelake boardwalk in the morning hours (unless otherwise discussed). Exact location and time wil be informed a day
before pick up.

We are not responsible for the cake or any of our products once it has been picked up. Please handle with care.
Last, but not the least, we respect your time as wel as ours, so please be there for pick up on the decided time in order to avoid late fees.(10-15minutes of grace period is alowed, anything after that, late fee of $15 wil be charged).

Cake wil be handed to you and not placed in the car or trunk or
elsewhere.

No uber/ carrier services for pick up please.

No cancelations unless in extreme conditions.

We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of extreme conditions and wil refund you the amount
